When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped the next business day from the date of make.
Once your order is been shipped you will receive a confirmation
e-mail. Handling, shipping and delivery orders are not made on
weekends or public holidays. If the product is not in stock and must
be constructed will take 10-15 days extra time.

In which transfer company will my order be shipped?

Shipment of orders in Greece and abroad are made by the transport
company Geniki Taxydromiki.

Shipping cost varies depending on the destination country and type of
dispatch. Products with larger volume have different shipping costs
due to their increased weight and size.

Will I be charged customs fees on imports of my order?

Customs duties or other import costs charged to non-EU countries, once
the package reaches the destination country and must be paid by you.
Unfortunately, the company LUMINATA CUORE has no control over these
charges and we cannot give you a clear picture of whether you will be
charged or how much, as the political customs vary greatly from
country to country. You can contact the customs office in your
country, before you place your order.

Can I give a different delivery address?

Of course you can specify a different delivery address if your order
is for a gift.

What if I am absent during the delivery?

Before the day of delivery, the shipping company will contact you to
confirm your attendance to the address you request to be delivered.
If, however, you are absent at the time of delivery, the distributor
will leave a note to contact the company to arrange to get back to a
time that suits you best .

How will I know that my order has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a unique
tracking number of your package so you will be able to see where your
order is at any time until delivery.

What if I do if I do not receive my package?

If after a reasonable time you have not received your package, please

Returns Terms and Conditions

Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of receipt, with the
return to UN1QUE address.
The product or products should be in the state in which you received
them, have not been used, worn, soiled or in any other situation
beyond their initial.
In case of return of the product to the address of the company
LUMINATA CUORE it is necessary to inform us by e-mail for the return.
Returned products can be changed to another type, size or color, or
get a refund.
The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Make
sure it is properly packaged and not get damaged during transportation.

How do I return the product to the address of UN1QUE Company?

In case you want to return a product, please contact initially with
the company quoting your order number, the product you wish to return
and the reason of the return. Place your product in their original
packaging to protect in transit and return the package to the carrier
of your choice and at your expense to: IROON KALOGREZAS 78 N.IONIA

parcel by registered post or courier, to avoid the risk of theft,
damage or loss of your package. The products to be returned are your
responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure it is properly
packaged and sent to the correct address.

How will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, we will start the procedures for
returning its value. The way of the return depends on the method of
payment you choose. Thus, the amount will be refunded either by
canceling the charge to your credit card or by refunding via Paypal,
or by depositing the amount within seven ( 7) working days in your
bank account you indicated if you paid by cash on delivery .

How much will I be refunded?

We will refund the amount equivalent to the value of the products. You
will not be refunded the original shipping cost of the order.
