When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped the next business day from the date of make.
Once your order is been shipped you will receive a confirmation
e-mail. Handling, shipping and delivery orders are not made on
weekends or public holidays. If the product is not in stock and must

What if I am absent during the delivery?

Returns Terms and Conditions

Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of receipt, with the
return to UN1QUE address.
The product or products should be in the state in which you received
them, have not been used, worn, soiled or in any other situation
beyond their initial.
In case of return of the product to the address of the company
LUMINATA CUORE it is necessary to inform us by e-mail for the return.
Returned products can be changed to another type, size or color, or
get a refund.
The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Make

How do I return the product to the address of UN1QUE Company?

In case you want to return a product, please contact initially with
the company quoting your order number, the product you wish to return
and the reason of the return. Place your product in their original
packaging to protect in transit and return the package to the carrier

parcel by registered post or courier, to avoid the risk of theft,
damage or loss of your package. The products to be returned are your
responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure it is properly

How will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, we will start the procedures for
returning its value. The way of the return depends on the method of
payment you choose. Thus, the amount will be refunded either by
