How can I order?

The order in our online store is as easy as purchasing from a regular store.

Select a category and browse through the collection of our handmade products. You can use the filters to narrow your results according to your preferences.

When you find a product you like, click on it to access the page with a detailed description. From there,  click on
“Add to Cart” and the item will be selected for purchase.

Do I need to create an account to make my order?

No, it is not necessary to create a personal account to order in LUMINATA CUORE. You can shop without creating an account.

However, creating your personal account, you have the ability to store personal information and shipping addresses so you do not have to write them again in every order.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been sent, you can cancel it. If your order has already been sent, you will need to return it. In any case, please contact us first to guide you.

How do I use the “Shopping Cart”?

Shopping Cart works the same way as you would use it in a physical store. Contains all chosen by you to purchase products and is the last step before your order. It allows you to monitor, add, and remove items as you would in a regular store.

How can I see the contents in my cart?

To view the items in your shopping cart, click on “My Cart” on the top right of the page or click on “my basket” on the bottom of the website.

How do I add or remove items from my cart?

To add an item to your cart, click on ‘Add to cart’, which is a detailed description of the product. To remove an item, click the “My cart” on the top right of the page or “My basket” on the bottom of it and then click on “Remove” next to the item you want to remove.

How do I change the number of products I want to buy?

To change the number of items, go to the page “My Cart” and by clicking on the number next to ‘Qty’ of the product you can choose the number of the item you want to order.

Where can I see the status of my order?

If you are a registered customer, to view the status of your order, please visit ‘My account’ . Click on the button “My orders”, you can track the progress of your order until receipt of the goods.

If you order through quick payment, you will receive an informative e-mail once your order is been shipped
